Refund / Payment Policy

Listing and promotion fees are charged upfront and activate your listing or promotion immediately. Because the service is delivered instantly (your product goes live and receives visibility), these fees are non-refundable once activated.

If a listing was not activated due to a technical error on our side, please contact us and we will resolve it. We do not store raw card information — all payments are processed securely.
